Shipping Information

We ship Anywhere within Australia.

Generally we aim to have items dispatched next day with 99% of items sent within 1-2 business days. On the rare occasion that there will be a delay to the dispatch of your item, Rollers Board Games will contact you to explain why and confirm if you are still happy to go ahead with your order. Please make sure that emails from Rollers Board Games aren’t being identified as spam, and be sure to check your Promotions folder.

Business days are Monday to Friday and there is no postage dispatch over the weekend.

Our preferred shipping method is Sendle as this tends to be the quickest option to get your products to you. Otherwise for deliveries to a PO Box or Parcel Locker we will use Australia Post.

Tracking numbers are included for both dispatch options and will be supplied to you via email separate to your order confirmation.

General postage times are as follows (from the date of dispatch):

Availability: Australia wide
Metro NSW  - Usually 0-3 working days depending on location
Metro all other states - Usually 1-3 working days depending on location
Regional /Rural - Usually 3-6 working days depending on your location*

* Some rural locations may require parcel handover to local delivery services. Tracking may not be available in this case.

Small packages up to 500g $7.00 with tracking
Standard/large packages from 500g up to 25kg $11.00 with tracking

Delivery cost - Tasmania:

Small packages up to 500g $19.95 with tracking
Standard packages from 500g up to 2kg $24.95 with tracking
Medium packages from 2kg up to 5kg $27.95 with tracking
Large packages from 5kg up to 10kg $33.95 with tracking
Extra large packages from 10kg up to 25kg $40.95 with tracking

Delivery cost - all other states:

Small packages up to 500g $7.95 with tracking
Standard packages from 500g up to 2kg $12.95 with tracking
Medium packages from 2kg up to 5kg $15.95 with tracking
Large packages from 5kg up to 10kg $21.95 with tracking

Note that the above pricing is a guide only. Dimensions of the parcel and weight will contribute to the final cost of shipping. Final shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before finalising your order.

Whilst both Sendle and Australia Post are generally very reliable and quick, be advised that during peak holiday periods delivery dates may be extended.

Unfortunately at this stage Rollers Board Games & Gifts do not ship internationally.
